Hi guys
I wonder if someone has come across this. I've CCM 6.0 SP1 installed with a cluster of 3300 running 5.0 SP2. If I call an ACD Path from, for example, a mobile number that has an alphatag entry in the telephone directory, the IVR port rings but does not pickup. As soon as I remove the alpha tag, the IVR port answer the call.
