Running on Windows 2003 standard we have a new installation of Contact Center Manager 6.0 with CCMS and CCMA co-located on the same server. All known Nortel patches are up to date as are all MicroSoft patches. All works well except we can not access the Skillset list in either the user defined partions or in an existing agent page. The screen just hangs with no reponse. We tried with several web user accounts including the webadmin account which has complete configuration access. Per the NTP and the DTR everything including IE Exploxer on the client PC is setup correctly.
