We have had a client ask if we can tell them the volume of inbound calls hitting there Mitel system from non geographical numbers?

They have CCM 5.2 in place, but all the reports appear to be setup to only monitor numbers of calls to groups or agents, there appears to be no generic itemised inbound call report. Does anyone know if it exists.

If not I would consider using Oak reports, but if CCM is collecting the SMDR, how would the Oak work as the Mitel only releases SMDR data once. Can they co-exist?

PF the CCM manufacturer has a CDR product that might do the trick.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Can they coexist, Yes - the mitel can support 3 IP connections for SMDR.

Non Geo numbers do not exist on the switch so the only place to get true reports is at network level,
However if your non geo points at a ddi and that ddi is not rung by any other method then you could report on the number that ddi hits on the system from the ccm or the oak

I've emailed PF to see what they can offer.

You could have multiple NGNs hitting one DDI so the call logging report might not be accurate.

I would setup cloud based MI with the company who manages the NGNs, or look at the monthly bill.
