I am trying to get reporting for our console/operator. The supervisor wants to know how many calls she gets per hour and how many calls are over the threshold of 30 seconds and roll over elsewhere (missed calls). Is this possible within CCM reporting or using other software to connect?

Thanks!

You can pull those reports through IPCC but not CCM directly. A third party software package may work but I don't know of any.

If you are using IPCC you can use the historical reporting that comes with IPCC and is installed on a stand alone pc. It is very detailed reporting.

I am using IPCC but the reports I want are for an operator console that is not in an IPCC group.

The quickest way to obtain this information is to run a SQL query from CallManager 1.

I don't recommend this for anyone who does not know SQL Server.
You must select the CDR database as your search database.

Hope this helps.

You may be able to get the number of calls through RTMT but not length of call, etc.

RTMT is just that... "real time" ...there is no logging or storing of data with this.

Hope this helps.

You can set up RTMT and it tracks how many calls are delivered. I have done this in the past. You are correct, there is no logging or storing but it does keep a running total of calls on the screen. In no way is it a reporting package.

Infortel Select is very good software but costly.
RTMT is a plugin and if you set up email alerts correctly you can let this run and monitor almost everything that crosses your network as far as VoIP goes.
