Hey folks,

We're currently running ccm 4.1 and unity messaging system with exchange 2003, which was all installed in our fancy new building from scratch by a telecommunications provider. The problem we have is that we are now trying to get to grips with the system, but as none of us really know ccm we are scared to touch it incase we break it.

I've been looking at some posts on setting up a test lab, and doing a bit of reg hacking which would really suit us, however we don't have any install media for ccm as apparently the cisco branded servers came preloaded with the software. Can anyone advise on how I would obtain ccm software?

Many thanks,
Fraser

ccm 4.1 does not come preloaded. Your provider might have preconfigured the servers before they brought them on site which is normal. They should have also given you the software however.

So look and see if you have signed off on the Bill of Materials and if the software is included then you have them. If not you need to call them and ask them to provide the software you purchased.

great - thanks whykap - I'll chase them up regarding the cd's.
