hello,

I install a new version of ccm 4.1 on my homelab. Running is a privat w2k-version with os-upgrade 2000.2.7 and 2000.2.7sr2 but not the original cisco os-version 2000.2.4.

the follwing error-message appears on the screen while the installation of the ccm 4.1 software :

<< Error: 2: The system cannot find the file specified.>>

it's possibel to download the original os-version 2000.2.4 or what is the problem?

Make sure you are not using 2K with integrated SP4. SP4 does not have Java VM which is required by CMM install. Try using 2K with SP3.

hi, i've found the problem and now the installion works. i've done the following installation procedure:

- w2k server
- w2k sp 3
- win-os-upgrade-k9-2000.2.6
- win-os-upgrade-k9-2000.2.7
- win-os-upgrade-k9-2000.2.7sr2
- ccmsetup.exe

after the installation of this package, i have to copy the application "shutdown.exe" from the directory c:\programm files\cisco\updates\2000.2.7sr2 to the directory c:\uitls and the installation starts after the reboot with the applications c:\utils\shutdown.exe

thanks for help
