CCM 4.1 and Octel

Has anyone had this problem. We are running ccm 4.1 with octel serenade 4.1. When we have a call coming in with a CLI greater than 12 digits(i.e. international calls)the call goes into open tree when it hits v/mail.We have got round the problem by removing 1 of the digits from the CLI, but that messes up the missed calls on the phones.
