CCM 4.1.(3) Licenses

What happens if i instaled my Cisco OS and CCM 4.1(3) on a MCS 7800 series and i use the product keys given on Cisco.com (for booth, OS and CCM 4.1(3)) and i get a Cisco IP phone without License. can my VoIP network be deploy?

Yes, in CCM 4.1.3 the license is a paper license used by honest people. The system doesn't check to see if you have a license. Don't expect support from Cisco though.
