When ever a number is dialed, starting today, there is a 2-15sec delay before it actually dials the number. Any ideas on where to start looking for a resolution?

before it dials or before it connects? if it is the latter you have a dialing plan conflict causing interdigit timeout timer to kick in.
Check your route patterns for conflicts.
Long story very short, we use 8 to dial out since we have ext. that begin with 9XXX. But as a courtesy I set up the ability to use 9 for guest that don't know and are use to dialing 9. Which that has worked wonderful until we opened our Corpus office which only uses 7 digit dialing (9.XXXXXXX) and thats when the conflicts began with any office that dialed 9XXX and had to wait for the 15 sec interdigit delay. I removed the 9.XXXXXXX pattern and everything went back to normal.
