CCM 4.0 SP5 faulty durations

Hi.
We have a site running BC12 SP11 with CCM 4.0 SP5. On the client machines, sometimes the durations of agent states are shown as 00:00 seconds. The states (talking,ready) is working fine. But for ex, if an agent starts to talk, the duration is not updated. This happens randomly at some agents and clients. The duration of the same agent is shown on one client correct and 00:00 on other client. Mostly after 4-5 minutes (sometimes more than 1 hour) durations are turning back to normal..
 
I recognize the problem, we have the same fault.
But we left it alone. We take it as it is.
The traffic measurements are not influenced, so it's ok with us.
 
Yes the measurements are ok, but our customer doesn't want to take it as it is :) Dou you have any idea why it's happening?
 
if you check the client on the server, does it have the same problem??

I was on the site 2-3 times when the problem occured and I always checked the client on the server and it was ok..Now I told to the customer to check it always.
