CCM 3.3.x or 4.01 on an MCS 7825 fails. Please help !

Hello, I've tried to install the CCM 3.3.2 or 4.01 on an MCS 7825-3.0 - Server. The Hardware-Detection-Disc boots, the AVVID-Screen comes up an then nothing ... The machine stops working. I have the same effect on an HP DL320 ... I'm not able to install the OS on this machine.

Has anyone an idea ?

I know I have had a few issues with the DL320 booting up on the harware detection disk and hanging, but a reboot of the sytem usually takes care of that. Have you looked for a BIOS upgrade on the hardware detection CD? Just a thought. Not sure if it will do any good. Might be time to call the TAC on that one.

Are you sitting in front of the machine the whole lime? I had problems if I put the CD in and went to get a coffee etc and came back 15 minutes later it would be locked up. Usually trying it again and staying there to continue as soon as it was ready made it work.

I've tried a lot of times and everytime I waited more than 30 minutes and nothing happened. After the AVVID-screen comes up, the num-lock-LED did not light when I press the num-lock-key, so I think that it must be a hanging system ...
