Hi there,
does anyone have experience in connecting an Avaya Intuity Audix LX to a Cisco CallManager (3.3)?
We are currently in the installation process, and we are having troubles getting the SMDI Link to work.
Everything was configured like in the Avaya draft config note 9522, but the SMDI notifications just don't come up.
it even looks like the CCM doesn't send out any messages, because the only thing coming in on the audix is some registration message containing the CCM's MAC address, but nothing ever more.
Does anyone have any kind of advice for me, i'm getting mad on this.
