CCM 3.3 & Hunt Group

Does anyone know why you would not be able to edit a Hunt Group anymore?
We are adding additional phones and users to an existing Hunt Group. The new phones are associated with the ac user and everything.
No matter where we place them in the Hunt Group TCD acts as if they're not there.
If we edit the Hunt Group and remove the current functioning phones and only place a couple lines from a new phone in it the call goes straight to voice mail.

Any ideas?

 
Did you restart the TCD service?? Any changes to Hunt Groups require a restart of the TCD service.
