CCM 3.2 PC Console Trouble

I have a 3.2 that has a PC console that is acting up intermittently. A couple of times a day, when a call rings on the console, the screen flashes rapidly and sometimes turns blue. When it turns blue the application has to be closed and restarted and the operator has to log in again. Anyone seen this before or have an idea what's going on? All other applications on the console seem to function normally.
