CCM 3.1 System DSN needed

Hi,
One of my team has accidentally deleted the System DSN on our primary CCM!

Has anyone any idea (or could someone please check) their ODBC connection, system DSN settings so that we can reestablish the link to the SQL database?

Would appreciate a quick response to save having to reinstall software. Cannot find any info on CCO, only for old Selsius solution.
