Hi,
I have CCM 3.1 and the documentation on Cisco's website says that I should have the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT), but I don't. Has anyone got CCM 3.1 with the BAT plug-in running, and if so did it come as standard, or did you have to get it separately?

Cheers,
Philip.

PMag, I haven't run into a 3.1 install yet, but have you checked to see if you can install it from the plugins page?

(application->install plugins->Cisco Bulk Administration Tool)

Hi rtfmdude,
It doesn't appear under the Install Plugins menu and it's not on any of the Cisco disks that came with the system.

PMag,

Yeah - it looks like a seperate file. Try going to cisco.com/software and downloading it. BAT 3.0(3) is what you need, I think.

cisco.com/software->
'Previous Callmanager Releases'->
'Version 3.1'->
'3.X Archive Page'->
'BAT-ffr.3-0-3.exe'
you'll probably want the excel templates, too, so get 'BAT-ffr.3-0-3.xlt' also.

You'll need a cisco.com login, but if you don't have it, give me an email address and I can get it for you.

Thanks for your help rtfmdude. I downloaded the files and installed the plug-in.

Cheers,
PMag.
