want to connect SV 8300 and Neax 2000 IPS on CCIS Over IP, is there any program related to it or any cheat sheet? please let me know.

ive been in nortel for 19 years, changing over to nec, need as much info on the 2000ips as possible, how to log in etc,anything

I have connected Neax 2000IPS and SV8300 on CCIS link peer to peer connection for a hotel.
Condition is 2000IPS has CO lines, 8300 has no CO lines.
1.I have some problem, whenevr i am tryng to call from my mobile to hotel number it rings in Console of 2000IPS and operator will transfer the calls to guest room which is in 8300 system she cannot transfer,she gets reorder tone, but if guest room answers within 2 rings then the call gets transferd.else not transferd.
2.if i am calling a guest staion from 2000ips it rings for 2 ring then the call is disappeared from the guest extension, it doesnt come back. but it goes on ringing on 2000ips staion.

I have programmed CO lines on LCR for SV8300 on network.

anyone can help me on this?
