Does anybody know about many routers, switches, or different WAN/LAN protocols are use in the ccie hands-on lab? Thanks

There's a site called that has several configurations. I believe some of these are CCIE related and sample many labs invloved in the CCIE test.

Thanks for the info mrhyd3, but I need to know exactly the amount of routers and switches plus protocols use in the lab. Someone told me it was 4 2500, 2 2600, 2 3600, 1 4000 (frame switch) plus catalyst 5000 plus token ring switch and sceniros.

Actually, there is not a "set lab".. the lab *may* have equipment from a given list.. all of it or some of it. The best thing is practice as many labs as you can. And cover all of the technologies... and it's not just a cat 5000 with etherports.. expect an RSM, ATM interface etc.. the token ring may include routers and/or Token switches and so on. So far as I know, expect anything in the protocol arena.. except Appletalk and VG100.. these I have not heard of being there.. but then I can easily be incorrect. Someone else may be in a better position to answer that question. I know DLSW shows up and almost certainly will include SRB and possibly SNA. Expect IP (duh) and IPX. PPP, HDLC, ISDN, Frame etc.etc.. My friends which have passed wont give me exact details but enough to be worried about remembering all of it :/

Your milage will vary..
