CCE Agent Greeting??

I know that you can use 'Agent Greetings' with the IP Agent but does anyone know if this is possible with CCE 2.0.1? I would hate to use both applications just to have one small feature (plus I do not want to buy the additional licenses...)

no, not with cce 2.0.1. You will need cce 3.0 or higher with the voip feature and unfortunately, that product has not been released yet.
