I have one agent in skill group 1 that, when a call rolls from skill group 2, she can not tranfer the caller. The tranfer option is not there. Other agents in skill group 1 can transfer calls that have rolled from skill group 2. This agent can tranfer calls that come in to her DID line.
Any ideas?
