CCE Agent Call Transfer 1

I have one agent in skill group 1 that, when a call rolls from skill group 2, she can not tranfer the caller. The tranfer option is not there. Other agents in skill group 1 can transfer calls that have rolled from skill group 2. This agent can tranfer calls that come in to her DID line.

Any ideas?

Have you tried removing her phone from the application user control and then re-adding her? If so, check to see if they are all on the same phone firmware. Saw a similar issue a few days ago. Was a bug in 9.3.1 firmware.
