i have set alarm trip points in callcenter vieuw the next step is to have a audio signal every times the alarm is triggered.So i have enabled audio alarm Set/clear
but there is no sound coming out of the server.Has anybody used this feature before and had it working

Hi Richard,
The alarm comes out of the PC running CCV, not the CCC server.
