We have an IP 412 running a CCC. Unit is V3 (44) and CCC V5.
We have setup an enhanced PC wallboard and customized the display to show "Calls Waiting" This usually includes calls queuing and ringing.
When the first call comes through and all agents are busy, it shows on the wallboard as a call waiting. The moment VMP gives the queue message, it drops from the wallboard. However, any call after this one shows as a call waiting. So, if ten calls are waiting in a queue, only nine show as waiting.
The queue monitors in Phone Manager and CCV work fine.
