we have created hunt groups named in numbers(079,080,085...).
in the CCC's report viewer i don't see them,i see only one that called in letters(ANDY)

so,is not possible to see hunt groups named with numbers?

I cant see any reason why numerical groups should be a problem.

The useres in the group are correctly set to Forced Login?
if not the CCC will not see the group

yes they are.
but when from report viewer we import an existing report to refresh and customze it we see only the fake group we created named ANDY

You might have joy if you use GRP079 instead of 079
