Hi.

Pls can anybody suggest me!!!!!


I have IPO 403 with 2.1 (27), now we need to install Call center which version off CCC software should i use, V4 Or V5.

How to creat the Agents, How to enable supervisor, how system knows he is the supervisor.

Pls Looking forward any bodys help

Version 4 will run on all IP Offices running 2.0 and up.
Version 5 will run on all IP Offices running 3.0 and up.

because of the lack of support for DT series of phones Avaya made a special 3.0DT version wich have support for CCC 5.

So CCC5 will not work on 2.1.xx, or maybe it will but if you have any trouble Avaya will not give any support.

Sorry I have 2 version 2.1 sites running on DT with version 5 it is suppported
