CCC V5Problems

Helo.

I just installed the CCC V5 on Avaya 403 2.1 (27)

I have the following problems, when i loged in to PC Wall Board it just shows Blak wall board it does not give the options to creat templets
& When i click CCC reporting it tells SERVER Error/Reporting application.
The reaource cannot be found.

Pls can any body guide me to resolve the issue
