CCC V5.0 Client Wallbard error mess Database path/filename not found

Please help me anyone. I have installed CCC V5.0 on a windows xp platform. All server aplication seeem to be installed properly with the appriopriate permissions. On client pc PC Walboard and CCV connects successfully, but on the other hand Client Wallboard will not connect. I receive the following error message after i connect to the Delta server:" Database path/filename not found". I have followed the instructions step by step from the manual including sharing the drive. I am also having issues with the client reporter. But i imagine once this first issue is resolved it may fix this issue as well.

Have you enabeled the guest uswer account on the CCC server?
I beleive that it is disabled by default & can cause some problems.
 
We have enabled the guest account and it still wasn't working. We have been on with avaya support yesterday and they said we needed to load server 2000 for CCC. We are doing that today and see if that will work.
