CCC Upgrade License Question

Hello All,

I'm trying to figure out an IP Office CCC Agent Licensing Question that came up today.

On an Old IP Office with CCC. Does the Supervisor License Include 5 Agent Licenses and a PC Wall Board License.

If it does and I Upgrade to CCR. Do those agent licenses convert as well.

The CCC Server licenses was one of the old style 'explosion' licenses. When you bought the part code you actually code individual licenses back. You should see this is the license list.

If they are there, they should work on CCR.

Honestly though, for a call centre that small. scrap the CCC and forget CCR and get Xima. Quite possibly cheaper and better.
