Hi
I'm writing a program that takes data from the CCC Archivers SQL database.
I'm slowly starting to get which field means what and the relations between the tables, but there is still a long way to go.

I would be very thankful if someone could give me description of all the fields and meanings.
If that is too much to ask, an explanation about when a call is missed would be good.
As far as I know in _tblindex table, CCS field "Alert Ended" and "Alerting transfer failed" both mean that a caller has hung up before someone could take the call, but there are situations when a call is missed and the CCS field writes "Call terminated" - a value that appears most of the time (even when a call is cleared normally).

Thanks for any help in advance!

Look at the knowledgebase. They have all the reports there. You can look at the reports and it will describe what info is on them.

If you are talking about the fields within SQL i think you may struggle here.

If the fields within sql were disclosed then somebody could obviously do what you are trying to do and make a rival package to CCC.

Avaya will not like that so they wont release that info.
