Have a basic call center. Here's the rub. 40 licenses 50 agents not logged on at the same time. Do i need to have them actually use the extn login short code or can i use a feature Exnt login feature button on the phone? What needs to be ticked in delta server? ccv seems to be missing some data and when i look in delta server it shows i have most of my licenses available.

You need to have force login ticked and they need a login code to be seen as agents. They can use the button.

Exactly what i have. login button on the phone, forced login with code (all ccc phones have the hot desk icon). yet delta server doesn't show my agents correctly not does ccv.

do you have enough agent licenses?

CCC comes with 5 as standard - first 5 logged in will show correct, the rest will show as not available.

I have 40 licenses plus the supervisors. In any case it doesnt really show that many licenses in use.

What data is missing???

What versions are your CCC / Delta Server? What is the Server you have it installed on?

Can you see extns going into Busy Wrap Up etc on CCV correctly??

Server 2003 Standard Edition SP1
IP Office 4.2 (11)
CCC 5.0 56 (Latest Maint release)

I'll see users going in and out of service in ccv but some users status never changes. I assume it's how I have the licesnes distrabuted via delta server. I noticed only 3 licenses being consumed in delta server at the most. Sure it's something silly.

What unit do you have IP 406 or IP 500?

You need to make sure you are using the correct Delta Server depending on which unit you are using. (sounds silly but its true)

Someone correct me if im wront but if your using an IP 500 you need to get the Delta Server from the Admin CD in the CBC folder not the CCC disk.

This is the 1st thing i would check.

You are partially correct - you should always use the delta server supplied with the admin CD, not just with the IP 500

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

I have a 406. I used the delta server that was part of the CCC. So I should uninstall it and reinstall from the the admin disk.

Look at the version of the delat server on running currently.

If it is below the verison on the Admin disk then upgrade
