DID calls are forwarded unconditional to a Hunt Group Rotary call is answered no problem. The problem is when the customer runs DID summary reports it shows no calls being answered for those DID's. Not sure where to look anymore any help would be great, Thanks.
 
Only direct DDI calls to the group are reported.
That is the design of CCC and AVAYA couldn't change it so the dropped it and came with CCR which has design problems as well and now they offer IPOCC.
I have years off experience on CCC and CCR but I gave up and switched to Xima which has a lot less features but reporting is always correct.
