We've got a very simple call flow where the main number goes to an AA, with 4 options, but they all go to the same hunt group (it's a tiny call centre but they want it to look like they are a bigger). Got CCC5 running - and we want to know if there is any way a report can be run to show us which options the callers are pressing at the AA - I can't see it's possible, but if anyone knows, that would be great!
