We've got a very simple call flow where the main number goes to an AA, with 4 options, but they all go to the same hunt group (it's a tiny call centre but they want it to look like they are a bigger). Got CCC5 running - and we want to know if there is any way a report can be run to show us which options the callers are pressing at the AA - I can't see it's possible, but if anyone knows, that would be great!

Every action in VM Pro has a Reporting tab which can be used to add reporting information. Create a transfer for every option but add different reporting information. Afterwards you can use the CCC reporter to report on this information.
 
ah cool that makes sense - should have seen that really...at the moment it's all pointing to the same transfer point so we'll change that.

which report would then need to be run then to see the information?
 
Try the VM by call flow name or topic. Just take a look at the VM reports it will be quite clear.
