CCC reporting

Hi,
I use IPO 406, I installed CCC 5.0.19v, i have a valide licence. My problem is with the CCC Reporting when i lunch it, I get a web page like the first sceen when i lunch the Call Center View but no thing after it stay here. I can't understand why?

Try re-installing your .net and also check you have.
You may also want to add reporter.exe as a DEP exception in control panel/advanced/performance settings.

Also make sure you turn your pop-up blocker off.
