CCC Reporting

I am looking for either a site with custom reports or a site that explains the reports available within CCC Reporter as Avaya manual on the CCC report is lacking clarity. Also does anyone know if there is a report with Reporter that show number of calls on a series of DID numbers? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
 
I was looking for the same thing. I called ATAC. the only thing that I found is either have the customer go into reporter and click on the description, or send them a link to the knowledge base web site.


Not sure about the DID reports.

I think you need a license to modify reports, unless you talk to your Avaya rep, they might make 1 for you.
 
WHICH verion ccc are you using ???

ccc below v4 uses bus object and ccc5 use crystal.

Most customer needs can be obtained through custom reports
 
I am using ccc5. I have crystal reports 11, but isn't there something special you need to connect to the DB housing the data?
 
CCC v5 gives you two custom reports without any license. After that you need Report Designer.. Which isn't an application, but just a license that allows you to edit the reports. There is a ttx.file Crystal Datasoruce definitions file which gives you access to the fields that are allowed without actually accessing the database. The downside is that you have to save the reports and Preview them through the CCC and then publish them. It would be really nice if the actual database fields were documented so that they could be previewed through Crystal reports and even run outside of the CCC Reporter. But of course, then you wouldn't need a licence then. Would you?
