This is gonna be a long shot, but here's hoping...
I've got the CCC Reporting tool, I'm not that impressed with it, it's never given us accurate stats on our various groups, but I really need it to work for me this time!
I need to get some stats of the top twenty number or most frequently dialled numbers.
I need this report to be run on all extensions at this site which is about 250.
Can anyone please, please help me get this working or maybe someone has a report template that I could possible use?
