hi everyone,

i have an ipoffice(3.2.17) newly installed with ccc application. All is working find(ccv, pcwallboard...) but when i try to open a report, the web page freeze on AVAYA web page.

The CCC and the VM Pro are installed on the same win 2k server and all is up to date?????????

somebody can help me :)

Are you on the local network? I have the same issues when dialling into some of our clients. When on site though, it seems to not be a problem at all! Being web driven you would have thought it wouldn't matter how you connect, as long as you can.

Uninstall .net and reinstall it. Assuming that the page freezes all the time and has never worked right.

Thanks all,

yes im on the same network.

i'll try to reinstall .net today, I'll come back monday.

thanks again

Good, i have the ccc report on the server (that was a programm issues maybe???)

Another problem, im able to view the repport on the server win 2000 and XP user but when i start ccc reporting on win 2000 client i see the avaya web page first and than on the wep page i have this error box message:
------------------------
'AN UNKNOW ERROR HAS OCCURRED'
------------------------

NOTE. The CCC user have all the requirement to run CCC report and call center view works.

someone know what's wrong between win2k user an ccc web application????????????????????????????????????????????

Thanks

Are you running your CCC Report service using a domain account?

yes, every pc are on a domain!

When i integrated the CCC Server on custumer site, everyting worked find like in the lab (workgroup).
But there was two user with win2k SP4 can't open the report web page. So i thought to put the CCC Server on the domain but that's does't works anymore.
There are no firewall on local network.

Today i'll put ethereal on this user to see if there are a problem with ip port

Yes, but is the CCC Report service on the CCC server running as a domain accout or as a LocalService?

As a domain account, but anyway it's working on every win2k server and XP box connected to this domain???...No

Thanks

Reinstalling .net framework on CCC Server.

We just installed IP Office 3.2.17, had issues with call park zones and had to download 3.2.53 to a CD and do an immediate upgrade to smooth things out. AOK now.

Well if reinstalling .net did the trick...
I hate begging for a star but...ahem...

You could deserve one, but actually reinstalling .net is kinda overkill even if it solves the problem :)

Sure but it did solve the problem in short order. He could have spent untold hours or days in vain. He probably had .net already installed before installing IIS. But if you have to beg for a star then it probably is not worth it anyway.

Next time I'll offer a suggestion that doesn't work. That way when I finally give the correct one he will be so relieved that a star will be automatic...hehe j/k
