CCC Report missed calls

Is there a report that could identify when a users is enabled in a particular group and missed a group call?

This is called in a report a "refused call", that is if a user don't answer a ringing call.

Agent Individual (All Media) report
It is not a very detailed report for lost calls but it does give the numbers of lost calls ( ringing but not answered )

Is there a report that details when a phone/users is in or out or a particular hunt group?

intrigrant, that will only show the total length of refused calls ringing, not a total of refused calls.
