Dear All.
Pls guide me can i do this or not.
We have three sites on SCN, in 3, 2 sites are 403 all are 2.1 (27).now we need to install 5 agent CCC.
My Boss is have some crude ideas...
Site A: has got 412 with 10 VCM & 2 PRA expansion kit & Voice Mail PRO
Site B : has got 403 with 5 VCM
Site c: Has got 403 with 5 VCM.
Now my boss is telling put the CCC in Site B, but all the server is in Site & VM PRO site A.
Evne PRA line is in site A, when the call comes to agent i have to route from site A to site B.
it is advisable to put the CCC in site B , weather VCM compressors are ok,
Pls can any body udvise me.
