Avaya are currently working on a replacment product for MMM. For now you should look over the Dev Connect site and possably look at Queue Master however this is a huge expense for just Web Ring Back.
Could you for now just create a form and progress the contents to a Public Folder in exchange ?
The specific feature he wants is to have a user enter a phone number on the web site and then have the IPO automatically initiate an outbound call to the 3rd party connecting them to an agent.
