We have installed a 406 with (3) 30 port digitals
1 16 port Analog Trunk Module
1 16 port Analog Station Module

We have 5 Agents with forced logins

we have 2 hunt groups

grp 2222 Cust Service (with 5 members * most idle)
grp 7999 Paging (with 65 members and NOT any of the ACD
personal)

We can receive / schedule reports on Agents and get all
kinds of information ....yet when we do try and pull reports from grp 2222 its always blank ....if you look at the individual agent you see calls come from 2222 to agent
meaning its getting calls from Cust Service but does not register ....I thought that if you are in multiple groups
it will report only on one group .....Cust Service has a
800# onted to T1 with DNIS 2222 > hunt group extension x2222

we can see dnis 2000 , 4000 , 6000 and 2222
the above 4 numbers are different 800#s pointed to HG 2222

we see all kinds of calls received to agents , made by agents , received internal and even checking voicemail *17

Welcome to the wonderful world, called CCC Higest Group Reporting.

The stats you are refering to are being written against 7999 not 2222

For more info see

So I should remove 7999 since it does not really get used
CCC Higest Group Reporting > ok so you can do a forced login ....be a memeber of multiple hunt groups be they ring type or most idle and it only reports on the highest #

do the stats for 2222 get rolled into 7999 or they are not
even considered in any kind of tabulation ......thank god we get individual agents as you can see calls from 2222
and 2000 , 4000 , 6000 (dnis numbers for different 800#'s
that point to group 2222 in incoming call routing )

thank you for the post
