deltas server and vm email works from same pc, but scheduled reports dont, get CDO error in history

smtp does not work.
you have to use mapi with outlook, not outlook express.

SMTP works from command line......

SMTP works fine, it's just a matter of settings.

Is your CCC Report service running as "LocalService" or as a domain user first of all.

this install is default local system account for the cccreporter service
