You can download all the normal CCC software from the avaya support site, but unlike VMPro it has no demo mode - no licence, no workee, not even for a brief period to try it out.
There is a whole CCC pc based virtual engine that runs historical call centre activity package in replay mode. It pops different alerts. Changes the status of agents and groups so as to simulate a real call centre. There is no need to have it hanging off an IPO it runs stand alone.
You can't change any of the settings but it does the job it's based around an insurance company and tends to cover everything.
Its a bit of a nightmare to instal but does the job if used right.
