CCC Crystal Reports Error

every night when reports are run the customer is getting a message in CCC reporter saying

" a crystal report job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated"

Any one seen this, if i restart the Reporting service before leaving work which is before the reports run then this does not occur.

I know we can edit the bacth file and have it schedueld to run but this is not ideal, also can not be upgraded because a V1 406, done a repaire install of CCC
