HI All,
Having some strange issues on a new install with Contact Center Client and Yoursite Explorer.
Connection from the server is fine no issues.
From the remote server which is used for IVR both applications say incorrect password. Even though it is correct.
From a PC on the network I get downloading updates, then the login screen. It says logging in sits for a while and then says unable to connect to IP address. Which is definitely accessible.
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
