CCC agents without assigned phones

I have a customer who allows their agents to roam from desk to desk on a monthly basis. They purchased IPO with CCC5 and want to allow this roaming to continue without having to relocate the phone on the desk each time the agent picks up and moves.
As far as I can tell the phone/agent are assigned a physical station number/login ID and to keep the reports correct they would have to login on the same phone set with the same loginID each time. Is there a way to allow an agent to use their loginID on any station without having to relocate their phone each time?

I you are a Hotdesk-user you can log in in every physical station you want.
The reports are made with the hotdesk number.

Setup users (extension 2xx), set force login and login code ie 1234

Setup extensions (hot desks) with unused numbers (3xx) or blank (if you use numbers, base extensions, you can use phone manager pro to login)

If not using phone manager, setup nouser with login button (for ds phones)

 
CCC Agents must NOT have a phone number equal to a physical phone and they must always be forced to logon on any extension.
I you have that change it if your customer use any CCC related software.
 
Thanks All, sounds like hot-desking is the way to go, and that it has to be that way with the CCC apps that I need to run.
 
Your CCC agents dont have to be hot desk users but you are most certainly able to use the hot desking feature. The only requirement of CCC is that users are forced to login.
