I have 10 CCC agent licenses. Is this the amount of agents I can monitor in Call Center View and pull reports on?

What functionality are these licenses providing, or unlocking?

Our call center is expanding and I may need to buy more, but I'm not sure. Thanks for your help.

The CCC Agents license allows you to monitor in real time ( i.e. CCV ) their activity details, for historical reporting you do not need this license.

Are you sure of that, intrigant?? From my read of the docs if you have more agents logged on than licenced your reports will be wrong.

I gues you're right Morrack. I'm working with CCM on INDeX for several years now and it is exactly the same softwaer as CCC on IP Office, so i assumed the working is more or less the same. But it is possible that the Delta server does not give information on agents not licensed.
The Delta Server on INDeX does always give all information on all agents, only CCV does not display non-licensed Agents.
I have not yet tested unlicensed agents on IP Office because it seems all customers are so good to buy all necessery agent licences and making Avaya happy!
I'm testing CCC 5 on IP O 3.0 right now in my lab and i will test for unlicensed agents and share my findings with you all.
