Does anyone know if it's possible to report on the Absent text the agent selects ?
 
Does anyone knows what the "Busy NA Reason Code" in the "Agent Activity Trace" report is used for ?

We want to program different buttons for every agent with a specific reason ex. Lunch, Break, Training, etc. for Busy NA but of course it's useless without decent reporting. Any suggestions ?
 
Busy NA Reason - Description of the reason for the busy na activity. Not Currently Supported.

This is a extract from the documentation CD.

As the CCC is a copy from the Avaya INDeX range were the Busy NA reasons can be used it is also in the IP Office CCC suite but IP Office does not have Busy NA reasons so the reports are totally useless for IP Office.
 
This report feild is not supported on IPO.

There are no reaseon codes for CCC apart from Account codes but these a forrefeence to calls ony.

The ony reason stats you can report on are DND Busy Rapup and Loggd off.

Put in a feature request i have.
