Is the "ccApp" some virus or something? Almost everytime I'm trying to shut down Windows, it says something about that ccApp. Also sometimes it says that explorer.exe or something not responding.

no virus - just an application ;)
have you tried to install win xp sp1 already ?

ccApp is part of the Symnatec AntiVirus/Firewall installation. Please let us know what you think of posts, feedback is always appreciated as this will help to further our knowledge as well. [bigears]
