Hi - We're looking to move our Staff over to using CCAD soon and am trying to work out how you would display the Skillset of presenting voice calls.
I know this is displayed on the phone, but since the users focus is on the PC and you can get the CCAD to come to the fore when a call presents it would be great if it also presented the skillset of the incoming call.
I've taken a quick look at the Nortel Contact Center multimedia and outbound installation and maintenance guide but nothing jumps out.
Any suggestions / ideas?
