NES Contact Center Rls. 7.0 and CCAD running in an Citrix environment. When running CCAD in an Citrix environment, the agents need to enter their workstation name each time they start CCAD.

Is it possible to configure the system to remember the last Workstation name the agent entered when starting the CCAD?

In CCT you mapped 1-to-1 the workstation with TN, and then workstation/TN to the group of windows user and group of CC users?
