CCAD Accept button disabled when call present

Hi,

Randomly we have problems with the Agent Desktop. Agents received calls but the button to accept the call was not colored or able to be selected. In fact all the buttons were unable to select. When the call went unanswered they logged off the system, as it should.

This happens time to time.
